At only 21 years of age, Terry saw a real need for quiet, clean, safe, and affordable rental accommodation for residents of Edmonton. What started as Terry's first purchase, a small 2-bedroom rental home, has now flourished into hundreds of clean, quiet, and affordable rental properties throughout Alberta.
